After three months, the collective bargaining in the company Harburg-Freudenberger Belišće doo (HF) was successfully concluded. This is the first collective agreement signed in this company, and Novi Sindikat is particularly proud of the fact that this success came only one year after the first memberships in our union. This is how what seemed unfathomable for the past 20 years was achieved.

The collective agreement defined and significantly increased the material rights of HF workers. Among other things, the base salary was increased by about 20 percent. In addition to the Novi sindikat as the majority union in HF, the Croatian Metalworkers’ Union – Industrial Union also participated in the negotiations.
